These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, content, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Content 2 Cash, LLC ("Content 2 Cash," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Content 2 Cash, LLC provides UGC (user-generated content) coaching, educational materials, group cohorts, and related services. The Services are intended as educational and informational support; results depend on individual effort and circumstances, and no specific income, engagement, or outcome is guaranteed.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide. We may contact you by email, phone, or SMS regarding your account, appointments, or services you have requested. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

By opting in to receive text messages from Content 2 Cash, LLC, you agree that message frequency may vary, and that message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan. You can reply HELP at any time for help, or STOP to opt out. Opting out of marketing messages will not stop transactional messages related to services you have requested. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Fees for coaching programs and other paid Services will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable once a program has begun or digital materials have been delivered. Specific refund or rescheduling terms applicable to a program will be set out in your coaching agreement.

All content provided through the Services — including text, frameworks, templates, workbooks, videos, and graphics — is the property of Content 2 Cash, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal coaching use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share access to our materials without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services or our materials.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website, security, or other users.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in your use of the Services.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Content 2 Cash, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no guarantee of specific results, income, or brand outcomes from coaching.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Content 2 Cash, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Content 2 Cash, LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

The Services may reference or link to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Content 2 Cash, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
